Shipping

We ship all paintings worldwide.

To make shipping possible, we ship all paintings as a carefully rolled up canvas, placed in a protective tube. However, we can deliver them to you with superior frame ready to hang on your walls. For this service, contact customer care.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur due to customs clearance.

Refund

If you are in any way unsatisfied with your painting, contact us within 30 days of receiving the product, and we will offer you a refund. The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is our way of ensuring your complete satisfaction with our artwork. Customers cover the cost of shipping for returned items. 

To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@inibrown.com. If your return is accepted, we will issue a refund after receiving and inspecting the artwork. We will not accept return if transportation of artwork created the unsatisfactory condition.

Refund Processing Time

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.

Please send us an email providing a tracking number for the returned item as soon as you send the artwork back to us. State your order number and details about the product you would like to return to customercare@inibrown.com.

Order Cancellation

Customers are able to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. Please email customercare@inibrown.com to cancel within this period.

Authenticity

Every painting is original and uniquely hand-painted, and a Certificate of Authenticity accompanies each painting purchased.
